2. Enrollment and Admission

Enrollment becomes effective once:

 • Enrollment is approved by AEXL.

 • The agreed payment plan or course fee is accepted.

AEXL reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any enrollment where necessary to maintain academic standards, operational requirements, or compliance obligations.


3. Course Access

Upon successful enrollment and payment approval, students may receive access to:

 • Assignments and assessments

Access rights remain subject to compliance with payment obligations and these Terms & Conditions.


4. Course Fees

All students agree to pay the full course fee applicable to their selected program.

The total course fee remains payable regardless of:

 • Attendance levels

 • Missed classes

 • Delayed participation

 • Incomplete coursework

 • Voluntary withdrawal


5. Installment Plans

Where installment plans are approved:

 • Payments must be made on or before the agreed due dates.

 • Students remain responsible for completing all installments.

 • Failure to meet installment commitments may result in suspension of services.


6. Grace Period

AEXL may provide a grace period of up to seven (7) calendar days for overdue installment payments.

Granting a grace period shall not waive the student's financial obligations.


7. Late Payments & Suspension

If payments remain outstanding beyond the grace period, AEXL reserves the right to suspend:

 • Live class access

 • Learning platform access

 • Course recordings

 • Academic support

 • Assessments

 • Internship documentation

 • Certificate processing

Access may be restored after outstanding balances have been cleared.


8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of educational services and digital learning resources:

 • Fees paid for attended classes are non-refundable.

 • Fees paid for accessed recordings are non-refundable.

 • Fees paid for downloaded study materials are non-refundable.

 • Administrative fees and registration fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.


9. Withdrawal from Course

Student withdrawal does not cancel or reduce the obligation to pay the remaining course balance.

Any approved payment agreement remains enforceable until all outstanding amounts are fully settled.


10. Certificates and Documents

Certificates, recommendation letters, transcripts, internship certificates, completion letters, and other academic documents will only be issued after:

 • Successful completion of course requirements (where applicable).

 • Full payment of all outstanding balances.

AEXL reserves the right to withhold documentation until all financial obligations have been fulfilled.


11. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational content remains the exclusive intellectual property of Algebra Excellence (AEXL).

This includes:

 • Videos

 • Course materials

 • Assignments

 • Presentations

 • Templates

 • Study guides

 • Downloadable resources

 • Training methodologies

Students may use these materials solely for personal educational purposes.


12. Prohibited Use

Students may not:

 • Copy course materials.

 • Share login credentials.

 • Redistribute recordings.

 • Sell or resell course content.

 • Upload materials to third-party platforms.

 • Reproduce educational resources without written authorization.

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination of access and legal action where applicable.


13. Professional Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during:

 • Classes

 • Workshops

 • Assessments

 • Online discussions

 • Communication with trainers and staff

AEXL reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation where behavior is deemed disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, unethical, or harmful to the learning environment.


14. Schedule Changes

Such adjustments may be necessary for operational, academic, or technical reasons and shall not constitute grounds for refunds.

Completion of a course does not guarantee employment or permanent placement.
